on/special automatically turns a single text message from a business owner into polished, on-brand social media content published across Instagram and Facebook. TikTok, Google Business, and SMS are coming soon.

## The problem it solves
Small business owners are too busy running their business to post on social media consistently. They know they should be posting. They just never have the time. Most social media tools require logging in, writing captions, finding photos, and scheduling posts. on/special eliminates all of that.

## How it works
1. on/special sends the business owner a daily check-in text message.
2. The owner replies with whatever is happening at their business today. A daily special, a new arrival, an event, happy hour, anything worth sharing. They keep it casual. A few words is enough.
3. on/special automatically writes on-brand captions, selects the right photos from the business photo library, formats everything correctly for each platform, and publishes.
4. The owner receives a weekly text summary of how their posts performed.

No app to download. No dashboard to log into. No new habits required. The entire product works through a text message.

Q: How is on/special different from Buffer or Later?
A: Buffer and Later are scheduling tools. You still have to write the captions, find the photos, and log in to schedule everything yourself. on/special does all of that automatically from a single text message.

Q: How does on/special learn my brand?
A: During setup, on/special reads the business website and builds a brand kit automatically. Colors, tone of voice, and logo are applied to every post.

Q: Is there a dashboard?
A: No. There is no dashboard. Performance is delivered via a weekly text summary showing reach, engagement, and which posts performed best.
